my other passion

Dear Reader, I have four great passions: walking with Jesus, my family, and writing. Thank you so much for stopping by occasionally and letting me share my passion for writing with you. May I share my other/fourth great passion with you today, and its great big goal?

Two years ago, God tapped me on the shoulder, calling me to something I never dreamed of: working with the homeless. God is amazing in connecting the dots, bringing good out of what seems to be bad.

Nearly thirty years ago my brother, Buddy, as he was known to our family, was homeless. Once in a while he sought shelter at City Union Mission. An unexpected phone call in the summer of 2021 began showing Tom and I that God had a plan all along.

Through what has become Buddy Bag Project, Inc. , (a 501c3 charitable organization) God has blessed us in ways we never imagined. It has become my fourth great passion. Today I’d like to introduce you to Buddy Bag Project, Inc., and invite you into the blessing of giving, by helping us reach our outrageous goal of $5000 in donations and resources. Here are a few of the blessings it has already given me:

God has a purpose and a passion for each of us. Sometimes He’s working behind the scenes and we don’t even know it. Thank you for letting me share a bit about my other passion. If you would like to join us in the blessing of giving, PLEASE CLICK on the Buddy Bag Project, Inc. logo to go to its Amazon wishlist, or the Venmo logo for financial donations.
